I am not quite sure from the photos whether or not this piece is still factory sealed. When the piece was graded and cased by AFA, the box was sealed and the flaps were tightly closed. It appears that the piece may have sustained damage from rough transit.
We would be happy to recase the piece for you, but if the factory seal has been broken on either side, we would not be able to leave the grade of AFA 85 on the piece-the piece would now be ungradeable.

There's no way AFA would even grade a toy that came in on that condition. There's no way any normal person would send that in for grading.
I'd say the seller swapped the toy and resealed it, but you'd have to shatter the plastic case to do so.
Just eBay it and try to recover your costs.
