I really should break down and get Astrotrain from that other site.

 

$30 now, saves you lots of money and "I should have's" in the future.

After years of collecting, here's my list of "Should have's"

I should have:
purchased #00 Optimus Prime back in 2002 for $70 (cannot find)
purchased #06 Megatron back in 2002 for $70 ($150 on ebay, I got lucky with the $90 deal)
purchased multiple Hasbro reissue Optimus Primes like I planned ($100 each on eBay)
purchased the 4 figure black Robot Master set for $100 (now they're on ebay for $60 each)
purchased more $7.XX Unicrons from Target
purchased that other Energon Omega Sentinel for $20 from Target
gotten doubles of Alternators Tracks, like I wanted to.

 

Dude that other site has the best price for Astrotrain hands down...specially since the OG astrotrain was purple and black which makes this a hot commodity IMO...you can get it from that other site for $30 or you can go to that special site and pay $58.

 

the sad thing is ... either way, it's still a deal.

Astrotrain is just getting impossible to find.

If it's been reissued by TRU, the Takara version isn't worth more than $20.
