I see you bought one of the KO's.

 

on this one ... you can't. :nervous:

there are 2 small things ... but not even AFA would be able to tell.

1. the box mounting on Prime. On some G1's, it's a bit higher than on the bootleg.

2. on the V1 version of the box (winter of 84), there was no pre-creased flap mark on the back ... on the V2 and V3, there is. On the KO's, there's the production flap crease.

KO MISB G1 Prime = $50

it's only a matter of time before the BIN is removed on these auctions forcing the price into the $300's. Give it 2 weeks.


The second someone isn't honest and says "original" watch out.

 

When it arrives, you can take detailed pictures of the KO and post them up so we know what to look out for.

 

it's so hard to tell with this one, but I really can't wait to get this in my hands.

the dead give aways were always:
- the chinese characters on the flap
- the blacked out text on the back

Now the KO has reached a new level, even getting the box's internal packaging down to the original color/look.
