Default i need new component speakers

i want to get new component speakers (front only) and there are so many choices i dont really know what brand to choose. i used to have infinity components but sold them (got a ticket) they didnt handle the volumes i listen to music at, the tweeters would kibby. anyone have a good suggestion?

50 watts deck power to each speaker. eventualy a four chanel amp $150-$200 range

How soon are you getting the amp? I wouldnt power the comps with an amp that is in the headunit. You are only looking at ~20watts rms to the speakers. That is not enough. I would buy the speakers and the amp at the same time.

What is your budget for the comps?

CL-62i/24 6.5" classic set with 560's and 1" silks. Best set of the cl series $175.

Send an IM to djdilliodon. He sells CDT stuff and is reputable. But please get a real amp to power them with.

yeah, i just checked out their website and you are saying your buddy can give me a better price than the summer special of $199? if so that is a really good deal. i will def have to keep that in mind. im planning on buying during the winter and doing the install of an amp at the same time (as you said)
