Ok, I need "optical out" to hook it up to my home theater system. What makes the premium better?

Just so I don't mess this up the mobo DOES have "Optical in" (I don't need this), but DOES NOT have "Optical out" (I do need this), so I should stick with the SB Audigy.

its just that the parts you picked out is like that thread about getting a 1000cc first bike

ok first your hdds are very unnecessary
im gonna assume you wont need 1tb of space for whatever you have in the short term
you should wait for a couple of 300+gb for about $100

sound card:
try this instead

power supply:
try this isntead
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103930
or if you need more than 500 for that vid card then

ram:

Any suggestions on how to build a better CPU for this amount of money. What processor would you choose, etc...? I would go with more ram but that means more money...I can always add more later. I wanted to get a duel core processor because I do a lot of multitasking.

Get one small, fast HDD for your OS and programs and then some bigass HDD for all your porn. I wouldn't want to run my OS on some 500GB beast.
