I honestly don't know any self respecting girl who after hearing a story like that, would still go out on a date with you. Reason being, that is a pretty bad story and knowing that everyone around knows what you do since you tell them and post it on the web, she probably is worried that if you two ever did do anything then the whole world would know about it. She has to work with you and I am sure she doesn't want to be the topic of discussion next week, ya know?
To get past it, it would be very hard. Depending on how well you know her, it may be a lost cause. If she doesn't know much about you except for the stories told around the office and doesn't actually know the real you then well you might as well move on and find another girl. If she does actually know you on a personal level then you may be able to get past this stage if you can convince her that you are not like that and that you are looking for something more serious.

I'm guessing you don't like TX because don't they have some crazy nonsense about doing no 2nd mortgages? Luckily for me all the people in TX I've done have had either enough money down or enough paid off where I only needed to do a 1st. We do a few construction loans, although its not something we specialize in.
