holy shit, man. your mom got ripped. a 4 year old C240 should go for $18K MAX. maybe $20-21K if it's in outstanding condition, and with that mileage.

i loved the E500 I drove...fast car too. 0-60 in 5.9 seconds, AWD. not bad for 4xxxlbs of car.
edit: drove it at an MB Event...got to take it on a pseudo road course
