I've been doing good. Switched up my training routines again. Keeping my body guessing which is always good. I've been bring my lunch to work every day which has been helping. Today I had an egg salad sandwich, a plum, and some popcorn. I usually bring those same snacks and switch up the sandwich between pb&j and egg salad most of the time.

i just started back up after a 2 month hiatus. started off with shoulders at 70% amount of weight that i left off with. today feeling little sore. cant wait to get back into schedule

i should be taking in like 6 meals a day, but i'm not awake long enough to do that :happysad:
