Went to the skatepark today and there was a really hot session going on so I snapped a couple off





Wish I had gotten more but was just hanging out with some friends more than shooting today :happysad:

BTW Your parks are legendary compared to some of the trash we have here in Socal.

 

SoCal used to have legendary parks
Now it just houses the legendary riders I grew up idolizing......Cab, Mountain, Hosoi etc.

 

I grew up skating Sadlands, but after they "Re-designed" it. They recently put a skatepark in that park and it sucks. It was gonna be 5 times bigger but they ended up shrinking it so now you can bearly get a line. Plus theres a Pad Nanny almost all day.

 

Between that and the fact that most parks have gone to the street parks rather than actually having any vert it makes them a bit less interesting to me. I am lucky though because I live 7 blocks from a great park and a ton of new parks are coming up all over and a short drive for me to get to.
