Default allofmp3.com and mp3search.ru

Both of these are Russian websites where you can purchase music for like 10 cents a track.

Anyone ever use these? They are legal, but I'm not too sure about putting my CC info into their site.

Two of my coworkers at huge allofmp3.com fans. Technically, it's not covered by US copyright laws, so their business can stay open and, which the downloads are certainly on the grey-market side of things, can't be legally stopped.

They buy lots of stuff every month, and have never complained of fraud.

I am not going to attach my credit card information onto a russian website.

$0.10 seems like too good of a deal to me.

I'm weary of that too. :nervous:

However, there seems to be a lot of people that have been using these sites for upwards of a year... or more with no problems.

I also hear that one of them, I haven't looked to see which, will accept paypal for payments.

At less than $2 for entire albums... it's very very tempting.

There's pleanty of programs for free music out there. Bit Torrent is also a good alternative..... now I only buy albums of artists that deserve it (in my opinion). Something seems wrong about musicians making copius amounts of money on touring and album sales and still whining about free downloads......
