I bought a starter off ebay and it came fast and in good condition. The guy was fair about everything, so I think its good.

are you talking about ebay parts or just parts in general that are being sold on ebay?
Some ebay parts aren't that bad. but just remember, you get what you pay for.
I've bought an billet oil cap and a chrome radiator cap and both were nice, solid pieces. but that doesn't mean i'm going to buy a $100 "ebay racing coil over kit" for my car.
If you are buying new or used OEM parts, then your ebay experience will vary greatly from seller to seller. But you should be ok as long as you buy parts from someone with a good amount of positive feedbacks.

No im talking about all parts in general. I buy parts for my 2000 GS-R off ebay all the time and bought a coilover kit for 30 bucks and its great I originally bought it for my crx but since its in the the tear apart stage right now i figured id put them on my teg. but i was just wondering what everyone elses experience with ebay has been like, and what they think of it.

Ebay is ok I guess. It all depends on the seller.

Well considering I purchased my car along with 99% of the parts for it off ebay, I guess you could consider me an ebay whore.

As long as you buy brand name parts from reputable sellers, it is a great place to get cheap stuff. When you start buying "JDM style" shit and $30 coilovers, then you will get crap.

I've had great experiences and bad ones. A bad one was when I ordered window tint from a seller that had 99% rating. I got the tint 1 month later. It arrived damaged and the laser cutting on it was horrible. The guy then just up and vanished.

Just be careful with what you buy.
