I don't wear jewelry, not even watches. Don't have a wedding band either.

I wear no jewelry period. I'm supposed to wear a medic alert because of my liver transplant but can't make myself wear that damn necklace either. It was hard for me to wear dogtags in the Marine Corps.

IMO, you can have a diamond and look tacky or you can have a diamond and look (classy?) certainly not a necessary outlet for my money though....
