I live in Canada and the guy lives in Blacksburg, VA 24060. Anyone near that location?

I am looking to purchase a set of WingsWest W-Type skirts for 98-00 sedan. Getting them so I can compare them to the skirt package my friend made the for 01-02 sedan. Heck I don't even need the front lip but he wants to sell it as a package...so if anyone in the area can help me out, it will be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there are any HAN'ers in VA close to Blacksburg. I'm 4.5 hrs away myself.
