I knew a guy who had to get out of the Army because of vertigo. You seriously might want to get it checked. I think some types of that stuff are treatable and others not very severe, but you know.... just to be safe.

You're not gonna believe this, but when my wife got virtigo so bad she had to sleep on the couch sitting up, she went to the doctor and they prescribes all kinds of things from antinausea to headache to whatever. NOTHING helped. And after a week of suffering, she finally went to see a chiropractor. One adjustment to the neck and the virtigo immediately and permanently went away. Something about a pinched nerve or something.

Chiropractors are not cure-alls, but they do have their appropriate uses.
