resize gif to smaller size then animate them?

What program? If it's photoshop you want to go to Image -> Mode -> RGB, resize them and place all the images in one file, but on different layers. Save it as a .psd, open it up in ImageReady and do your animation there. You want to switch from Indexed Color (gif) to RGB because gif's tend to get really pixilated when you resize them whereas RGB formats do not (sizing from big to small).

Open the .gif in Imageready, go to Image resize, Save optimized as.

That will resize all the frames.

Done with the big one. Hopefully I didnt break the cement on one of them. After putting it together I saw that 1 leg was crooked, so I bent it back a bit and I heard a noise like it broke the cement :dunno:

I'll start cutting the small one later and go to Home Depot tomorrow h:
