:yay: for cavaties!
For the first time, I have cavaties. 5 of them suddenly appeared in the 6 months since my last checkup, and so I had 3 of them done last week, and today was to finish the last two... except that the dentist discovered two more potential problematic areas that were borderline cavaties. I got to have 4 drillings on 3 teeth today, and now my right cheek hurts from where it got all stretched and shit.
The reason I agreed is that I'm still on my mom's health insurance until the end of August, and if they developed past that, I would be SOL.
My jaw is teh achey :wtc: And Doc says they're "Coca Cola" cavaties :happysad:

 All the cavaties were the ones that are between the 2 teeth, which stem directly from not flossing properly

I guess I deserved it though

My dentist pointed a couple out to me while he was working on them. Showed them to me in a mirror, which I thought was kind of cool.
Of course, I can be kinda macabre when it comes to stuff like that, so he explains to me the different uses and shapes of the drill bits, the chemical basis behind the etching solution, what kind of amalgams and/or resins he's using on my teeth, etc...
