I just spoke to one of my friends who is a parts guy at an acura dealership and he found out that the 06 rsx's will have Magnesium Metallic and black interior. You may want to wait if this is the color option you wanted.

Hey. I'm happy with my choice. Yes, I would've rather had black interior and will probably kick myself for not waiting two months or so, but I wanted the car before college started this fall so damn

those additions basically mean diddly, to regain the MPG rating of the 02-04 DC5's the ratios were moved around, plus the car weighs a little bit more, power gains are negligible, from what i've seen in terms of numbers anyway.
what isn't negligible are the things you didnt mention, which include the exterior changes as well as the suspension changes....
(being an ass cause i'm jealous
