laptop fan..
so i've been working on my research paper for a while now. the past couple wks. and i've noticed that at home, at my desk(black) the fan is usually on. even when i only have 3 programs running. but when i'm on campus in the study room, this happens less. Is it because of the temperature of the room? they always keep it hella cold in the library.

temp of the room?
surface? sometimes you can move your laptop to another area of your desk that isnt hot from the laptop
dust? sometimes your fans get so caked with dust that it impedes airflow
