cha' with everything everyone else said, only point of big brake kits is to have more surface area for better cooling and less concentrated areas of heat, not to reduce 60-0 ftages.
Best way to reduce those is with high grip tires, good bleeding, new fluid, new rotors (general maintenance kinda stuff.)
