Considering that all of the stores are having to pull their current copies of GTA:SA because of the "Hot Coffee" mod, I really figured that the ads would be pulled too.

A 'hack'/'mod' allows PC users and cheating devices or modchips on consoles allow access to a locked/disabled but not erased mission from GTA:SA that allows CJ to have very crude sex with his girlfriend. It shows poorly rendered boobies and is very sexually suggestive. Clinton got a hair up her ass and raised a stink and media pressure forced the ERSB to re-rate GTA:SA to "AO" (Adults Only) which means that one must be 18+ to buy the game (instead of 17+) and many stores (including Wal-Mart/EB/etc) won't sell "AO" games."

I would guess not since it's not accessable from the consoles, only the pc.
