I just had some last night...here's what I do:
Take a fork and poke holes in both sides of the meat Season with salt, pepper, and I add on garlic & herb mixture seasoning...rub into one side, flip and do the other Then I put a little zesty italian dressing on the top side, let it sit for a few minutes, then throw that side onto the grill....then put the dressing on the other side....grill to perfection, and dip in A1. :) |
nice!! what do u think about chopping fresh garlic? hmm...im also thinking of using worcestershire :thinking:

if you want the garlic flavor but dont want to eat the garlic, i sometimes poke holes into the steak with a knife and stick in a clove of garlic...but i like minced garlic so i just do that instead :o
