typically i get it as low as I can without the car driving for shit, then turn the front toe in and rear toe out
like this:

i play with spring rates depending on the course.

dont take this as the gospel, i really have no idea what im doing, just that more front toe makes sticking better in turns.

Increase the rear stabilizer to 5 or 6 (4 is stock). Lift throttle if it starts to understeer.
