wow, I impress myself!
Bear in mind, I have very little cooking experience. I'm house-sitting right now, which gives me free range on these people's fridge. Here's what I threw together for lunch:
-Seared swordfish steak in marinade
-marinade: white wine worchestershire sauce, atkins bbq sauce, ginger, garlic, and australian viognier
-Mixed greens w/ balsamic vinigrette
-tomato chopped up all fancy-like and grilled for about 45 secs
-Fetta, spinach and tomato-stuffed foccocia
-some of that viognier on the side.
I gotta say, I did pretty damn good. I could see paying 16 bucks for that meal at a restaurant. Cool beans! :yumyum:
