but im not sure if this is the right job.... the pay is better but i dont get any OT.... so i might only break even :happysad: im gonna hope for an offer and see if i at least can use it for leverage to get a raise here...

 

good luck James. No OT sucks, especially if you have to put in a lot of hours. Did he say anything about it?

 

not so much long hours... instead, the schedule is limited to 35-37 hrs per week :happysad:

 

btw, the 2nd showing wasnt too bad, again pretty comfortable but im starting to lean further away from accepting the job, unless they offer me more than i am accepting. seems too much like a lateral move and im trying to work my way upward, plus going to another smaller organization makes upward moves dificult, at least if i stick around here im more likely to take a promotion cuz ive already been around, learned the system and all...

we'll see if they even offer me anything....
