the scroll wheel on my mouse isnt scrollling the pages smoothly and it is pissing me off,...even when i go over to the scroll bar and click and drag down on the scroll bar, the page doesnt scroll smoothly,..its choppy and takes a few seconds,...i have tried going into the mouse settings and i have tried going into tools > options > use smooth scroll but it still doesnt help,..anyone ever run into this problem? all i did recently was do a repair on my windows

PS, I think you should backup and do a format>reinstall

 

i did restart,..twice,..it does this little tidal wave thing with the page whenever i try to scroll or when i go to a new page,...someone please help,..if i use my scroll wheel and make it click like 4 times then im sitting here for 5 minutes waiting for my computer to scroll the fawking page,..its really pissing me off
