That's what one of the officers here is telling me. That I should come to him to see if I could somehow better spend my time.

The thing is I'm getting all my normal tasks accomplished and I make sure to try to stay busy with things the day shift didn't get done. Sometimes I wish I could just be like "fuck off"...

My Lt. told me the same thing a few days ago. I am doing traffic and building checks all the damn day and he was like, write them more and dont give so many breaks. i was like WTF

The key is to look busy. When I was in the Navy, I noticed that if you walked fast and looked purposeful, people would leave you alone.

Lol. I found out that if I walk around with a box looking sincere that people will leave me alone... This guy just hit a nerve because earlier that day he insinuated that I have some problem with working. Which was what really pissed me off. I actually pride myself in the fact that I usually never have to be told to do shit.

now why would I think you were dissing me? There are a lot of officers(aka zeros) that feel like they are only doing their job if they are telling you how to do yours. This is the type of officer who never gets above O3(Capt in the Army) because they can never seem to inspire the men.

BTW, thanks for spending time there, so bad guys spend less time here.
