The US really should. Miles/feet/inches are lame.

I agree 100% The whole metric system is based on 10 which works out so much better, and everyone else uses it. Not like all the arbitrary denominations our outdated systems has.

I, too, reverted back to printing as soon as they stopped making me use cursive.
But my writing is retarded...I mix cursive w/ print, capitals and lowercase, and have like a bazillion different handwriting styles (I can write a paper, and it'll looks like it was written by 5 different people h: ).

So, in conclusion, Print >>>>>>>>>>>> Cursive

and Metric >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Stupid US standard

Metric system > *.measurements

I use it more than the american system, even in daily use. It should be changed.

Print. I don't particularly care to read stuff in cursive either.

We use a lot of the Metric System in the Army. In fact all of our maps are divided into 1,000 meter squares or clicks. Of course when in other countries we use a lot of metric measurements and we are supposed to abide by the local speed limit laws, which are in KPM (and MPH sometimes) so..... yeah.
