Probably because from the looks of it, a complete amateur set it up and doesn't know how to link it to an email system that mails the results from the form.

contact name has an check field next to it
can't uncheck "yes"
check field between the submit and reset buttons

maybe i should rephrase

can someone tell me how to fix this.

i didn't write the site, im just trying to fix it for a customer so i dont have to make them pay our webdev dept an ungodly amount of money.

how were you trying to fix this? coding only?

there's a lot of cosmetic errors that need to be fixed too.

find out where formmail is located on ur server, then change that
