Ok, so I'm allowed 1 unhealthy meal a week. Aside from this, I've been eating extreeeemely healthy and I see no sign of quitting, but I've noticed from others that allowing yourself to have 1 cheat meal a week really keeps you from going insane, so I want you to pick.


Option 1: Pepperoni Pizza

Option 2: Taco Bell ( I <3 TB Chalupas)

Option 3: Carl's Jr 6 dollar burger meal

Option 4: Other (Give me your choice)


Keep in mind that these aren't necessarily my favorite foods, but just what I've been craving during my new eating habits.

 

I don't know man, I think it's a toss up between some pizza or that burger. h:

 

pick the one you like the least. It only takes like two weeks or something like that to stop craving fatty foods.

 

the 6 dollar burger is a mouth full. If i was gonna cheat for one day i'd definatelly indulge with that.

It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow...I've been living with mentality that I won't eat anything that isn't planned for 1 day in advance...so I haven't been snacking or deviating from my "preplanned" meals. A cheat meal would be a nice change of pace.

Yeah, I need to get full from this meal or else it just wouldn't be worth it.

I wish I could say the same, but years of careless eating have left me a little soggy in the midsection h:

The crunch wrap isn't actually new, they had it out last summer and it was "ehhh". Nothing I'd get again.
