alright, i bought a turbo kit for my car in the begining of june from this dude on HT. he has over 2,000 posts and has been a memeber there for over a year. he also had plenty of vouches. so i went ahead and purchased the kit from him for 1,300 shipped. i talked to him on the phone over the weekend (weekend that i bought it) and he said he was gonna get it shipped out on monday. i still havent gotten anything and he is not answering his phone or responding to any of my emails. what do you guys think i should do? i dont think he is a scammer because of the amount of posts/vouches that he had. i had david (i used his paypal account) file a complaint through paypal already. what should i do next? do any of you know him on HT? his name on there is kaoss_11.

 

If he just shipped it out on monday, or later, you shouldn't have gotten it yet.
