is there a way to view rows that have duplicates?

why would you have duplicates in rows?

because my supervisor gave me a spreadsheet that she had been working on
they want me to take over and it has dupes

edit: or let me make it clear:
i mean rows that HAVE duplicates

you can sort by a field and then see all the ones that are the same.

import it into access and create a query. i know access can do what you want. but i dont know access enough to tell you how to do it h:

you might try this if you just want to delete the duplicate rows. note that each row has to be a complete duplicate.
