Just my opinion but it is a Accord I wouldn't bother with it, I can look down my street and spot 10 of them. I would rather bring a car that people will be amazed, the Skyline is a different is that car

I think you should contact some authorities like DOT or something like that. In Civic forum someone said that improperly imported vehicles are getting confiscated by customs and even destroyed.
