Paul Anka....why?
Well I saw on tv this morning that Jazz/Swing Singer from the late 50's, 60's and on up is now redoing Rock songs. He's adding his own twist to them. I heard him sing, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana, but his way. Why? I understand musical expression and trying something new, but not these type of songs. His quote is something like, "Maybe you'll be able to understand the lyrics this time around." or something like that. Here's a list of the songs he's redoing:
1. It's My Life
2. True
3. Eye Of The Tiger
4. Everybody Hurts
5. Wonderwall
6. Black Hole Sun
7. It's A Sin
8. Jump
9. Smells Like Teen Spirit
10. Hello
11. Eyes Without A Face
12. Lovecats
13. The Way You Make Me Feel
14. Tears In Heaven
