I give it to the G35C (I hope you meant Coupe since G35 is a sedan) on the track.

Well yeah, the G35 will un away on a track because of its horsepower advantage.

the RSX may "handle" better, but the G35 will still be more fun to drive imo.

I drove a G35 for an hour and couldn't get used to it. It most certainly felt quick due in part to it's touchy controls--steering, brakes, throttle. Everything worked like it was controlled by an "on/off" switch though--not really what I expect in a 30k+ car.

having never driven either car, and knowing both were intended to be "sporting," I would say the lighter car wins.
