i think they sell that so that peeps can hide license plate in places where they have speed cameras.

Yes it does seem silly. There are actually oxygen bars already though, where you can go and relax and breathe from a tube that is higher in oxygen.

Well water is different. Drinking quality water is not always readily attainable.

True, but is many very large areas of the planet you can safely drink from the faucet...

... and SOME brands of bottle water are simply tap water.
