Anyone who ordered....did you receive your shipment or get any tracking information yet? My tracking information and numbers are invalid I gave customer service a call and they said they use DHL which then uses US Postal. There is no accurate tracking information to go on. WTF.

 

I've ordered from them in the past and was pleased w/ the product and service. That was about 3-4 years ago though :dunno:

 

I cannot put full blame on allposters yet on the inconvience. It seems like their shipping carrier is not great in terms of providing accurate tracking information (in this case, invalid) DHL outsources to US Postal Service and therefore makes the tracking information untrackable. Allposters might be saving money on shipping, but really puts an inconvience on their customers.

I'll give them the full 7 business days until I file a complaint and do a chargeback if I dont see the product I have ordered.

 

I got a tracking number today for a poster I ordered last week or so.

 

what service did they use? mine said DHL SmartMail. DHL's tracking doesn't see the tracking number as a valid number.
