can someone tell me which processes are viruses or which of them i can get rid of? looks like i have to many running

its something i downloaded i know what that is....see anything that i dont need or that might be a virus? what about all those svchost programs?

svchost.exe is a system process that is run by Microsoft Windows which handles processes executed from DLLs. Don't terminate them because they keep your system stable.

By looking at those processes, I can see that you have:
Service Pack 2
A printer
Earthlink ISP
a PCTEL modem

They're all fine.
