It's been 102 days....
.....since the last time i was at the gym. holy sh1t! i am way outta shape. i hit the cardio machines with 2 sweaters on for an hour and i am beat.

It's done for short term weight loss...it's all water weight. It's big for getting cut/definition just before a competition or something and for wrestlers to lose lots of weight before a weigh in.
