Just bought one of these little beauties off a guy up in Washington

 

Sweet. I like how you can have two and wirelessly tranmit both flashes off at once.

 

Yeah I am probably going to pick up two more down the road and also get a wireless slave system.

I would use it as a flash release but sometimes that can be set off by random lights or another flash. I was at an event once and this guy taking shot kept swearing, finally I asked if he needed something for his camera or having problems and he told me his remote flashes kept going off due to other peoples flashes and were recharging as he was trying to shoot:chuckles:

 

:chuckles: Yea that would suck. I didn't think it would be that sensitive. Is yours complete with diffuser? That will definitely help for any up close shots.

 

It has a stock diffuser of sorts (white card type built in) but I am going to pick up an Omnibounce as soon as the flash arrives. I may also be picking up a light ring flash in a couple months too because I have been seeing some really nice results with those. Aside from that I am going to get a flash bracket so I can get the flash up off the camera for better displacement and metering accuracy.
