Actually I would approach this with caution. No taxes=no workmans compensation. Likley there is no insurance on you either. Likely if something happens you're going to have a hard time having a labor department help you, since it's under the table. The IRS would have a field day.

No insurance means if kever gets hurted then we don't have a kever anymore
