Default clutch

Just wondering is it bad to shift with the clutch in while the car is off. Or does it damage it in anyway if you just hold the clutch in. IF so how.im confused

still puts stress on thrwout bearing but you DO know you can shift w/o the clutch?

If the car is off, I don't see how it would affect the clutch, the bearing, springs or anything past the transmission... :thinking:
