Default mo' car advice (civic hatchy?!?!)

well, i decided i want to save money! so i'm thinking of getting a manual civic hatchback (92-5?) and swapping my GSR motor trans in there and suspension (if it fits).

now i'm not too familiar with what fits from a G3 Integra to a G? Civic (92-5) hatchback. what about the clutch? isn't the civic's cable, while the integra is hydrolic? and what about wiring in a GSR motor to GSR ECU via Civic harness?

help! it'll save me money in gas, car, insurance, and whatnot. think i should find a high mileage one with decent body to save even more?

input, input, input.

everything in the 94-01 GSR will fit the 92-95 civic.

the tranny is hydraulic. only thing different is if you have an OBD2 GSR vs. an OBD1 civic.

full interior wouldn't be worth it. just do the seats.

seen it in hatchbacks all the time....the coupes and 4 doors i havent seen it done without gaps. manincamo tried it in his coupe before and it didnt work out. it can be done and it seems like a hatchy is more feasible to do it...keep in mind though door panels wont fit and most of them ive seen were custom crap

the civic will be a perfect canditate for everything:

brakes
motor
interior

i would just swap the seats over...the dash and door panels is a lot of hassle and not quite as rewarding.
