Well, yeah if you're in the military, or have enough money to pay for the service.

EVERYTHING comes to us via satellite. I can surf after duty hours at the office, there is a free internet cafe for service members and some people even opt to pay (a pretty penny I might add) for internet in their own room. It's 11:50 PM here right now....
