I am at work so I cant reply as fast as you.

Anyway, when I had a Macgregor 46" driver I could hit it 250 no problem with a 10.5 degree loft. Some kid next to me was giving me some pointers on hitting the ball farther. He could hit a ball 200 with a 3 iron and he was only 13 years old, I was shocked. He was telling me to followthrough and to turn my right foot towards the outside slightly and it will increase your distance and some other tips as well. they made a big difference in my driving.

Honestly a 270 2-iron isn't all that unbelievable. Only saying this cause I hit my 3-iron 240-260.

so that proves clubs does matter cuz they use diff. drivers in those compeition.
maybe i just find a 270 yard 2 iron shot is crazy.. i hardly use my 3 or 4.. gots a taylor made rescue wood in place of those. the 4 is gr8 for punch shots and using it to play tag in the carts..

I have a custom set of "Fake" Callaway VFT Irons...3-SW...Custom fit for my height, grip and swing speed. Orlimar Driver, Wal-Mart 3 Wood and 5 Wood that owns all. Odyssey Putter. My Irons are awesome...if I would have gotten the actual Callaways...it would have been $1,300, but I got mine for $300...and they're custom fitted.
