There's a local place that sells, amongst their usual cuts, an awesome variety of marinated sushi. That's delicious :drool:

Yeah, there's like albacore marinated in garlic, wasabi, a little black pepper, and soy sauce. Available with and without roasted garlic sprinkled on top, drizzled with a little chili oil.

not sure what it is but it is some of the special rolls that this one place makes and i coated with a variety of stuff.
tempura shrimp hand rolls and salmon skin rolls.
