Hey.. anyone got any say on this brand? theres one at work, discounted and the last one in stock.. for $600 (missing power cable). Marked down from $1299. Retail is $1799. 30'' LCD tv.

For $600, I don't think anyone would care who it's made from.

As long as they dont charge an arm and a leg for the power adapter, I'd jump on it. I haven't seen many lcds that size below the $1200 mark, even for the off branders. Honestly, who needs a brand name anyways when its that low.

i don't know much, but i always thought vizio was an alright brand.

I purchased my first LCD in August of 05. It was an Olevia @ 27in. Inputs = component (1x), composite (1x), RF (no tv tuner) (1x), VGA (1x), DVI (1x)

It did have some trick functionality though ... split screen, PIP, etc.

It was a deal @ $699.99 :doh2:
