You bought the car new right? I think when you go in for any warranty work or scheduled maintenance the Audi dealer scans the computer and if they find evidence of chipping they can deny coverage under the warranty. Not sure though.

May want to look into GIAC because they have this "Flashloader" dealie where you can switch back and forth between the stock program and the hopped-up program. I dunno if any of the other chip companies do that. I'm sure some of em do. So I'd get one of them switchable chips.

$680 / 69.97 = 9 tornados and change

13 hp / tornado

13 * 9 = 117 hp.

yeah. the car is new.
i became friends with one of the service advisors at a local audi dealer so im ok there. chrispiss also has a buddy who's a service advisor at another local audi dealer so i'll be ok there too.

the chip im looking at getting is flashed into the ecu as well. takes about 10min. plug and play for code rewrite. they also have a switch available for stock mode and various upgrade modes (sold separately h: )
