Shaddap Chris.

My new job has a gym downstairs so I figure I might as well take advantage and it pretty much limits my excuses. :happysad:
Been the last two nights and plan to keep going. Thoughts? Advice? Things I should think about buying to 'bulk up' /cartman?

Get a good protein supplement...eat lots of calories, take in lots of protein, etc. If you want to bulk up, I'd lift regularly for 2 weeks to get your body acclimated to lifting weights, then start using a high weight for 4-6 reps. The key is to use enough weight to allow at least 4 reps, but no more than 6...work the muscle to failure. This is the training program I use http://www.ast-ss.com/max-ot/max-ot_intro.asp Max OT training series...it works well. You have to sign up, but it's free. You won't get spammed to death...in fact, I don't think I've received any emails from them at all besides my registration email. Lots of good info there.

I need to buy a free weights set, since I no longer have a gym membership. I have a hoist machine at home, but I'll most likely be lifting all of the plates by end of next month (4x15-20 reps at 200lbs)
