I figured it was the change of venue, but it has been a week now. He was always kind of a little prick to me, has drawn blood on more than one occasion. I was not trying to hand feed him, I was dropping the food in from about 6 inches above the water level and he jumped. People keep asking why he is in there by himself, and I just tell them he does not play well with others.
That is a heck of a lot of Li for a 2 pound fish, but you are the mental health professional, he almost ended up on the grill the first time I got bit, but the Office Manager was a bit too appalled. He probably would be pretty good though, like Tilapia, same family.

I'm about ready to sell back my cichlids because I'm sick of having a 30 gallon take with two 2-inch fish and a few tetras. I want a few more fish, and they seem to be eating the tetras, so adding more fish isn't an option.
