That sucks man. Hopefully they can just keep him stable and pain-free until he goes.

so you know how it is. The really sad part is that he knew he had serosis of the liver about a year and a half ago and couldn't stop drinking. If he tried to go a day or two w/o a drink, he'd get the shakes. This makes me realize just how devastating alcoholism really is.
mine was diagnosed too late and he died about a week later.i agree with you on the alcoholism being devastating.
